Guten Tag!

Wow, it's been a while since I've been on here.
...Why does it seem like most of my blog posts start kinda like that?
I guess a few things have changed since I last blogged.  I graduated, got a job, moved to Germany, became a Bible school student.  The other day I went hiking in the Alps.  Ate German schnitzel a few days before.
Even as I write those words I can hardly believe it.  I always thought Bible school students were those grown-up cool people who know exactly what they're doing with their life.  And that person is definitely not me.  Perhaps slowly, though, I'm loosing my preconceived notions on what I'm supposed to be like.  Because most people around here are in the same boat as me.  :)

Let me tell you wee bit about school.  Bodenseehof is located in the quaint suburb of Fischbach, right on the edge of Friedrichshafen.  We're about a seven minute walk from the Bodensee (Lake Constance in English) and we can see the lake from our dorm-room windows.  This year there are 108 students at the school, from Canada, USA, Germany, Latvia, Israel, Russia, Malaysia and the Philippines.  (Those first three make up the majority of the kids.)

I absolutely love the environment here.  The lectures are so insightful, my fellow students are awesome and as for location, it doesn't get much better than this. :)  I am so blessed to be here, and God has flooded me with such peace.  I know each and every day is in His all-capable hands, and it's the best feeling in the world.

I will try to keep up with my blog whilst I'm at school, but bear with me if I fall behind.  I'll try to post pics from time to time too.  If you're friends with me on Facebook, you'll probably find a lot more pictures over there.  If you're not friends with me on Facebook, I may accept your friend request if you ask nicely. :3  Necesity

For those of you that have been praying for me, thank you most sincerely!  They've made a huge difference!
